Today, we’re excited to celebrate Daisy Postlethwaite’s incredible achievement in completing the Corndel Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management with a Distinction!
The Corndel Level 3 Diploma is a year-long programme designed to develop essential leadership and management skills. It includes weekly learning sessions, coursework, and a portfolio of evidence gathered from real-world experience. For Daisy, this meant applying her day-to-day responsibilities at B-engineering to demonstrate her ability to:
- Manage a team effectively
- Deliver clearly defined outcomes
- Provide guidance and instruction to achieve goals
Reflecting on the experience, Daisy shared:
