To deliver high quality installations and maintenance of air conditioning systems in commercial premises. We have a large client base of end user and facility management clients that we support with all forms of air conditioning maintenance and installations of split systems. We specialise in supporting the FM industry and direct into end user estates with maintenance, reactive call outs, planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations of split air conditioning systems.
Role activities:
Be able to work independently to install all forms of split air conditioning systems.
Be able to fault find, report and the repair all forms of faults on split air conditioning systems and some VRF systems.
Undertake all works in a safe manner and work to written RAMS..
Must be passionate about low carbon technologies and renewable energy systems.
To provide information on progress of the project as per Project Programme & to follow RAMS.
Adherence to all current company procedures.
Setting standards and mentoring junior members of the team.
Being polite and professional in front of our clients
Willing to work away for short periods if required.
Maintenance of all company assets including vehicles
Completing electric reports to a high standard
Person Specification
Full driving licence held for 12 months
Minimum 4 years industry experience
NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
FGAS 2079
You must be technically confident and familiar with all types of air conditioning systems including, splits, VRV’s and have knowledge of chillers and air handling systems.
Experience of working to RAMS and adhering to sites health and safety requirements.
Great communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues.
Willing to undertake external training provided by the company.
First Aid, IPAF and PASMA training will be provided if required but advantageous if already certified.
