On a reactive call out on a Friday afternoon we found that the site’s gas safety solenoid valve had failed, holding off gas to the whole site. We managed to source a replacement on the Saturday before we installed the valve and commissioned the plant over the weekend. This gave the client heating and hot water ready for opening again on Monday morning.
